PSA’s pipeline research (funded by The Wallace Foundation) examined the successes and challenges of developing and sustaining a strong principal pipeline. This research became the basis of four tools developed by PSA to help districts and their partners build principal pipelines. The Pipeline Center incorporates these tools into the facilitated pipeline assistance Center staff deliver to districts:
